Is the free tier really permanent?
Yes. No trial countdown, no expiry. You can track up to 3 vendors on the free tier indefinitely. Upgrade when you need more.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The free tier requires no card. Payment details are only needed when you upgrade to Solo or Team.
What counts as a vendor?
A vendor is a named third-party service — Stripe, OpenAI, Twilio, etc. All endpoints within a vendor (e.g. /v1/charges, /v1/customers) count as one vendor toward your limit.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately; Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
How are fleet benchmarks anonymised?
All events are stripped of identifiers before aggregation. A vendor·endpoint pair only appears in fleet data once it has at least 10 distinct contributors.
Which SDKs are supported?
Ruby, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript are available today. More languages are on the roadmap.
